What should I serve at my open house for my graduation?

I am graduating this year and I am having an open house. I need to think of ideas of what to serve at my open house. I know what the main course is and some snacks but i need ideas for snacks taht wouldn't go bad or melt cuz of the heat considering that it's going to be hot outside. i am serving pork BBQ sandwiches and hot wings. The beverages are going to be pop, water, and a pineapple surbert punch. I was also thinking on serving chips and dip and a fruit and veggie tray but don't know what esle to serve...HELP!!!

Make some nachos. Get some hamburger meat and cook it, add Velveta Cheese and canned tomatoes with like onion or peppers in it. Pour over nacho chips and it is delicious.

BEAN SALAD .... doesn't go bad, when it's out on a buffet table and easy to make.  Just empty drained cans of cut green beans, kidney beans, wax beans, garbanzo beans (and maybe some sliced carrots);  add some sliced red onion;  toss and mix well with bottled Balsamic Vignarette or Italian dressing....

Chips are good ... Maybe Lime Tortilla chips and Ranch Doritos would be 2 different ones to have with the BBQ beef and wings.  Put them into big baskets.....

Coleslaw is good, and you can use a Ranch dressing (or cucumber dressing) instead of mayonnaise, so it will be able to be out on the table longer .....  Just add the dressing to some bags of shredded cabbage (and maybe add some dry-roasted peanuts or crunched up ramen noodles).....

LOL you will never run out of party food if you serve tapenade, people look at it and say yuk, what's that black stuff.   Its just olives, oil and garlic and tastes yummy!
