What should I start?

I am 15 and about 150 pounds at 5'9. I was interested in learning something like kickboxing, boxing or something else.

Any suggestions?

  1. You should learn muay thai since it has little to do with weight. In fact its better to be average size unless your really really strong, because you will need to be pretty fast. Muay thai is a sport built on crushing blows, and speed, it utilizes every part of the body possible.


  2. boxing thats the original sport of men...its the best and most demanding

  3. boxing and kick-boxing are different from each other. you need to decide which one you want to learn and go from there. you can always go to boxinghelp.com where there are a number of boxing and kick-boxing schools you can chose from

  4. kickboxing is great.. if you want to learn 1 aspect then go for boxing..

    in my opinion its better than boxing or kickboxing : )
