  1. Just suggestions:

    Beer

    Watermelon

    Strawberries

    Milk, cereal

    Bacon

    Eggs

    Bagels & cream cheese

    sandwich stuff

BBQ stuff (hamburgers hot dogs steaks?)

    Potato salad

cold fried chicken from a grocery deli

    coke, Diet coke

    OJ

    bottled water

    Vanilla Ice Cream

  2. deli cut meats and cheese, fancy breads, soda, taco fixings, wine, disposable plates and utensils

  3. Pizza, lunch meat and the fixins to make sandwiches, chips and dip, beer and wine, etc.

I would think breakfast type items would be most important if you think you will be eating out in the evenings.   You could ask them if they have any requests or any allergies to food as well.

  4. Dairy products: skim milk, american cheese, shredded cheese, low fat cream cheese, butter spread

carbs: plain and blueberry bagels, dried pasta, white bread sliced

meats: ground beef, boneless skinless chicken b*****s, canned tuna in water, deli sliced meats

greens: lettuce, tomatos, apples, oranges, bananas, pickles, mushrooms, strawberries

freezer: popcicles, extra ice, frozen TV dinners or frozen pizzas

for the pantry: popcorn, pop tarts, cereal (like honey nut cheerios or something semi-sweet), dried pasta, minute rice

extra drinks: a case of beer, some juice, or kool-aid, milk, bottled water, diet soda

  5. Beer, eggos, and hot pockets.

  6. What you stock up on largely depends on the ages of you guests. also whether or not they are drinkers (wine, beer). best to have basics for breakfasts, eegs, bacon, bagels, and a variety of juices. plan one nice dinner, order out one night and get a variety of frozen hors-deuvers, for easy to prepare food that is hot, also these items make it seem more like a party. A shrimp platter is always nice. Lots of wine and beer is always good as long as they like that sort of thing. frozen cocktails in the blender are also fun to make, and can be made without alcohol for those who don't drink.

I think the key is to make it easy to prepare, so you can spend time with your family rather than in the kitchen the entire time.

  7. I think you should ask them what they like and just get that and just get the basics like: eggs, milk, some junk food, some vegetables and the food you would need to make dinner OR if it is only for the weekend you guys could try to eat out

  8. I always find that cold cuts and salads work well and keep for days.  Add nice rolls/bread and be done with it!

  9. Juice, eggs, bread/biscuits, doritos, papa johns, sausage - get the idea.  Have Fun!

  10. Bottled Water and other drinks

    Cold cuts and cheese

    Good bread

    Snacks-pretzels, crackers, sweets, etc.

Also, maybe some fast and easy breakfast items like oatmeal, bananas, toaster waffles.

flavored coffee creamer (if they are coffee drinkers)

These items will be good for snacks and easy to prepare since people are on different schedules and may be eating and different times.
