What should I take to school?

I'm starting college next month, what should I take to college?

I know in high school some teachers made us get our own binder just for that class. Do they care about that kind of stuff in college?

be organized for what classes you take.  You are paying to be in school, they don't tell you what to do like high school, but they teach.  If you need help and they will help. Good luck and enjoy!

Not really, but I will recommend you to take one binder and place some dividers in it for your different classes. Also, a pencil and pen. good Luck!

You should bring whatever you feel comfortable using. If you like having a binder for one class then go with it, most professors do not care. Whatever works for you.

I've found that all I need is a good pen, and at least one spiral bound notebook per class I'm taking.  These notebooks are dedicated to notes for that class, and any papers that I am given are stuffed between the pages of the notebook like bookmarks.  Be sure to date your notes too, that helps.

i don't think most lecturers care what you write your notes in (they only notice what work you have to submit to them) you're suppose to use your own head abt this.

basic stationery:

note books/ note pads

pencil/ruler/pens

highlighters

Optional:

Different color post-it

Different color pens ( i like the glitter-scented pens)

Sharpie Markers.

Cue Cards

Flag-its

Mini Note pads.

Also depend on the courses you'll be doin. like a calculator for math related classes.

I have binders and folders. The ones the dividers are nice. You're gonna get alot of handouts and other paper research stuff. and these accessories help in organizing and separating  your work and make access and moving them from place to place more convenient.  

TIP:

I also have a mini weekly planner. something like what ppl use in offices. I forgot things alot. So I need something to write all my mid term, papers, mini test, finals and other assignment due dates.

You can use your phone for this too but I like to see it on paper. Somehow it gives me a better image of what I have ahead of me.

Basics spiral notebooks with 3 or more subjects, pen, pencil, highlighers,  or even your laptop if you have one.  To be safe check on your schools website, look for your classes your Professors may have already listed items needed for your classes.  If not, call the school you don't want to start off the wrong foot with your professors.

I dont think you need to take anything honestly xD Especially on the first day if they do ask for something they'll give you some time to obtain it so ..its all good lol

The college teachers may not care like the Highschool Teachers cared, BUT you will be better off being more organized: notebook for notes, folder for handouts and printouts, etc.

AK47 if that doesn't fit in just try like a sawn off or something! Theyre usually good for braking ice.
