dont use any eyeliner. a gold eyeshadow is good for any skintone & looks good on everyone, a basic black mascara, & a hot pink lip gloss

There is not a type of eyeshadow or eyeliner that going to accent your eyes, it is the technique that you use.  Asian eyes are probably the hardest eyes to work on.  But you can do fun interesting looks.  Here are some techniques for lining
