I'm designing robot make-up for a children's play. I was going to use a bald cap and have wires running from under the costume over the head and down the face. I'm not sure what to use for wire that wouldn't be too horribly uncomfortable and that will stay?

  1. twine... its flexable and if twisted enough is sturdy and light... just make sure to twist the ends ive been pierced pretty bad with it before

  2. you could try yarn or embrodiery floss both are flexiable and would not scratch the skin. To glue them down I have used latex in the past, however, it can be time and labor intensive. to secure the ends of the yarn or floss, twist them tight and use a little latex to glue it together.
