I've seen that I could apply teak oil to the furniture to keep its color and protect it. It this true or should I be looking for another protectant.

  1. TRy the teak oil, or paint the furniture.

Teak oil sounds nice, but damage to wood is usually caused by sunlight. Painting is the best way to keep wood from cracking.

  2. What ever you do, don't get a panda for a pet. When they sit on your furniture, they may just start eating it.
