I am going to be staying at Mobay for one week.

My partner and I have thought about going to Dunn Falls. I would like to go diving (never done it before) or snorkelling.

Is there any other trips or places to visit that you think I should go to see?

  1. WELL MOBAY  WOW U SHOULD VISIT ME  , K, WILL THERE IS MARINERS DIVING ITS IN MOBAY  OR YU COULD CHECK OUT RICKS CAFE IN NEGRIL WERE YOU GET TO DIVE OF A REALLLY HIGH CLIFF THEY ALSO HAVE MARINERS IN  NEGRIL

DUNNS RIVER IS IN OHIO RIOS THEY ALSO HAVE  GREEN GROTTO CAVES THERE,  THERE  ARE A LOT OF EXCITING THINGS TO SEE IN JAMAICA JUST DONT GO CLOAKING UP IN SOME ALL INCLUSIVE HOTEL AND GET THE CHANCE TO EXPLORE      BLUE MOUNTAIN CLINMB , YS FALLS, REACH FALLS , MILK RIVER  BATH , BLACK RIVER MORASS , ROSE HALL GREAT HOUSE TOUR  , APPLETON ESTATE TOUR , KOOL RUNNINGS  WATER, APPLE VALLEY PARK AND FARM ,  DOLPHIN COVE   BETTER YET  GO TO WWW.EXPLORE JAMAICA .COM   BUT WHEN YOU GET TO MOBAY U HAVE MAGARITA VILLE ,  ON THE HIP STIP  ,CORAL CLIFF GAMING LOUNGE  AND MANY MORE TOURS  JUST CHECK THE WEB SITE

  2. When you get to Jamacia  by all means visit Ocho Rios for good food, fun in the sun, good bars and great beach and also Boston Beach were surfing, eating , dinning ,plus good company is a great place to visit.

  3. Dunns is awesome. Very tourist but well worth it. There is also a nice beach at the base.  Nine Mile to see Marley's tomb. Snorkeling is fun. There is a boat wreak site near Ocho Rios but the clearest waters are in Negril. Ricks Cafe is overrated and overpriced. The only fun thing to do there is cliff jump, but walk down the road and you'll see some not so touristy places to do the same thing. Blue mountains are also cool and you can visit coffee plantations. If your going to the blue moutains via Ocho Rios stop in at Port Antonio for some amazing Jerk chicken. The locals say that this is were it was invented. There is also Boston Beach in Port Antonio where you can surf. So much to do...so little time. Have fun! oh and hire a driver. Way better than tours and you do whatever YOU want, not the other 50 people with you.

  4. If you really plan to scuba dive may I suggest that you get certified before you go.  Call your local YMCA to see if they have classes.  It takes too much time away from your vacation to take the class there not to mention the $$$.  Dunn's Falls is nice (bring water shoes).  Have a wonderful trip!

  5. Bob Marley Museum, Kingston - well, it's bob.

Rose Hall Sugar Estate - good historic site, and some claim the house there is haunted.

Black River, St. Elizabeth - a mile long river with chances to go rafting and other adventure sports

Magaritaville (Negril or Ocho Rios) - a good beach escape with a ton of water sports, good food and good bars

Ricks Cafe, Negril - THE spot for diving, dive off a cliff, trees, whatever.. with the best divers in Jamaica and a ton of other tourists

Lime Cay - a small island off the coast of Jamaica popular with upscale locals and tourists alike.. An excellent weekend break

  6. Rick's cafe!

also if there is like a shopping thing with the trip to rick's cafe at your hotel....do not do it! trust me...you may get good souveneers but it is nasty
