What should I wear! Please help?

I have to go court for a speeding ticket. I know to wear dress pants and shoes, but should I wear a polo or a dress shirt? Please help.

just look nice and have a nice clean hair cut and call him your honor

As long as your appearance is neat and clean the judge will be pleased. When you go before him stand up straight and make eye contact with him to show him you are confident in yourself even if you are scared to death.

Definitely wear a dress shirt.  A polo shirt unconsciously puts your court appearance at the same level of importance as a golf game.  Be humble and respectful.
