What should I wear for first day of HS?

I'm gonna be a freshman.

Which outfit should I wear?

Whoa... HS is big time and you've got to make a good impression.  I've spent a lot of time updating my wardrobe lately with some key pieces and I've been everywhere from Saks to Old Navy.  I like all your choices, but I'm going to extend on what you've picked out to give you some more street cred. :-)

a) light-colored flare jeans are the jeans you want to wear.  Dark jeans and skinny jeans are here to stay, but I know you want to make a good impression and I say go fashion-forward and don't be a wallflower.

b) loose, blousy top works great with the jeans.  Try it in navy blue or white instead black.  Black top with jeans is too safe, like a uniform.  I like the shapes of the tops you've picked out where they're a long and loose.

c) tie it all together with neutral-colored chunky sandals and a neutral-colored, big handbag.  You'll see that most of the girls are carrying handbags.  Style your hair with some beachy waves, wear some big gold hoops and you are done!  

I have a couple reference sites for you to check out, but you can probably get all these things at Forever 21, Old Navy or Gap.  I realize you're in HS and can't clean up at Nordstrom's unless you have generous parents.  Good luck, be relaxed and smile!

Wear black. Maybe black and denim? Black is slimming and elegant and never goes out of fashion. Have some accessories to brighten it up and you will look stunning.

just a bit boring, you could try adding some colorful accessories, or shoes. like a bright headband?
