What should I wear for makeup?

I want to start wearing make up, but I don't know where to begin. I'm in college, so I'm like the only girl who hasn't worn much before. I also don't want to go ask for help from some counter in a mall. I am very pale, but have blotchy skin, green eyes, a round face, light brown hair, and freckles. What should I get? Thanks.

  1. black or dark brown mascara and maybe eyeliner, clear gloss-lipstick dries out your lips- umm, light foundation in the blotchy spots, and possibly blush.

  2. I'd go to the mall and visit the Estee Lauder counter...They girls there know what matches your skin color and everything else.

Their products are excellent and you won't be sorry you went there, plus they give you advice and show you HOW to put on the makeup.

  3. get a liquid creamy foundation to get rid of the blotches in your skin:http://www.lorealparisusa.com/_us/_en/de...

some eyeliner  to make your eyes pop: http://www.covergirl.com/products/produc...

    and some lipgloss: http://www.covergirl.com/products/produc...

  4. Hey, it's okay, not everyone wheres make-up. I'm a sophomore in hight school and I just started wearing make-up last week.

Since you haven't worn make-up before, I would suggest starting off simple. Use a black mascara to accent your eyes and curl them with an eyelash curler. For your eyeshadow, stick with neutral shades, browns, beiges, olives, etc. (Tip: Use dark shades on your lids, medium shades on the crease, and barely visible shades beneath your brow) For lip color, I would suggest using a pink gloss during the day, and during the evening when you go out, try a darker shade in lipstick for a more bold look. If you wish to wear foundation or concealer, be sure to not over use it and cover your freckles. We're trying to make what you have look better, not start off clean!

If you're not comfortable with doing your make-up right before you head out the door, designate a day where you can experiment with your looks. That's what I do! Good luck!

  5. Get a good foundation that matches your skin tone,

get both liquid and powder if you need to.

Get a black eyeliner pencil and black mascara.

Email me if you have more specific questions about it (:
