What should I wear to a fine dining restaurant?

How about a simple cute black dress with spaghetti strings. You can accessories as you please. Works no matter what the occasion. You can never go wrong with the s**y black dress :)

The 'little black dress' is a perfect choice, but if that's not an option, any dress that you save for special occasions will be great.  Wear some extra sparkle on your ears or at your neck...and nobody is going to know if you spent $5,$50 or $500 on those "diamond" posts.

If you have more than one dress that you'd feel comfortable wearing, by all means wear the one your husband loves!  

Lastly, and most importantly, remember the evening is an intimate celebration of your marriage and love.  Everything else comes in second.

It's and occasion to "dress up!!" So, dress as nicely and as formally as you can. It will be a time you will want to remember. As the years wear on, you will probably spend some of your anniversaries at a McDonald's or eating beans out of the can over the sink.

Rule of thumb is to fress a little nicer than the waiters. I was head chef in a fine dining 4 star restaraunt and i served as a waiter in a 3 star. Men usually were dress casual in dress pants a dress shirt and a tie at the 3 star which coincidently was my waiting outfit. At the 4 star though its not a huge thing to see a pretty girl wearing a nice dress or an evening gown. It's more important on how you wear it than what your wearing. for the 4 star just dress like you would if you were going to a wedding but wernt actually in it, in the 3 star well thats basically just a nicer more expensive fridays, and with more silverware. Just stay comfortable in whatever you wear.

I agree with JM. Little black dresses are perfect for going the a fancy or Hollywood type outing. Maybe you could add a necklace with it, and earings? That would be nice.

hiI would wear a nice dress something classy not too revealing with some nice strappy sandals, keep it simple with minimal accessories, and add a little purse or clutch and u will look fabulous!

Oh! How Exciting! Congradulations!!! Well, since its summer I would suggest a colorful top nothing to loud though, with some cute off setting accessories to match it. Some causual dress pants with at least a 1 1/2 inch heal also dressy shoes.  Hair I think will look nice down and fixed up if its short or even half up-half down...if its long enough. Hopefully you can picture what im describing.

Black is intimate, s**y, and elegant looking. Maybe a short cocktail dress. I would definitely treat myself to a new jewelry piece. Doesn't have to be expensive.
