What should I write in letter to my mom?

I need to write a one page long paper stating why I deserve it back...

So the story behind WHY she ever took it was because I randomly tried out for the play and I got case at the Official Choreographer... so she said me doing this would take away from my school work,etc. Anyway, I haven't had my phone for 5 days and today she tells me if I want it back I have to write her a 1 page paper... so what should I say in it?

1) Make a list of the reasons to use as a outline.

2) Make sure it is typewritten and gramatically correct.

3) List compelling reasons like to keep in touch with friends and your family, for safety, etc. You can think of more.

4) In the last paragraph say something like, I respectfully ask for my phone to be returned. Love, Joe

I'm a mum and I tihnk you should write and tell her that she should be proud of your for getting the part over others and that you'll PROMISE that your schol work won't suffer and if it does you will drop the play!  You should have your phone as it's a way of keeping in touch and an every day part of your life now and she'd only worry when you went out and souldn't get in touch with you...........

Just Wiki about phones and give her lots of background info.

Really hit the safety factor saying stuff like "violent crime towards young girls has fallen in the last 10years, leading experts say that this is due to the 700% rise in mobile phones."

and "now 15% of all crimes in the USA are solved due to information recorded on mobile phones"

just make up loads of BS that she wont check. and make it 1 and a half pages for good measure.

Write it out with headings like these and just write a little bit under every one.

What is a mobile phone?

How does it work?

Why I had my phone stolen.

Do I deserve it back?

Safety issues?

etc...
