  1. Well, to be honest, you can only say something normal, like,

Happy Birthday, hope you have a great birthday in company of your loved ones?

I only get personal when I know someone well.

  2. "May you always have the wind at your back and the sun on your face."   It's an Irish proverb and seems appropriate.

  3. Hi, (co-worker's name)!

    Hope your day is wonderful!

    Happy birthday,

    (your name)

  4. WOW, I thought you were 38!!!

  5. Just wish them a wonderful day.

  6. Happy Birthday and My Best Wishes for a good year ahead.

  7. Happy Birthday to you!  I am so happy to be part of the monumental occasion ya old bag
