  1. I would highlight the year and how much the children have grown and developed and I might include some information about what comes next...what to expect in school and kindergarten and suggestions on how parents can make the transition to school easier.

  2. Give them a date, time agenda of what you have planned, kinda like a birthday party invitation.

  3. I don't know what your specifically aiming for, but maybe recap what a good year its been and give some highlights. Remind them of the graduation and ceremony details.  Thank the staff and parent volunteers and ask for any assistance for the ceremony if you need it.  I'm writing as if you were planning a ceremony.

  4. Dear parents (insert nameS)

I have had the pleasure of sharing your children's growth and development over the past year and would like to invite you and your family to participate in their Graduation Ceremony this spring.

I am truly honored that you have chosen me/my school to spend this precious time with your children and would like to celebrate this special time with you and your family.

Our celebration will take place on: (insert date) at (insert time)

A presentation will be made by the children (singing, dancing, whatever) and then a graduation ceremony will take place.

We ask that your child wear (school colors or graduation theme or whatever)

    Light refreshments will be served.

Kindly call me before (insert date) at (insert telephone #) to let us know how many members of your family will be attending.
