What should a 12 year old girl weigh?

My daughter is 4' 10'' and i'm wondering how much she should weigh. Her twin sister is 4' 9.5''.

What should they both weigh?

As a general rule, ten pounds per number age, until 6, then it's five pounds, so lets see, about 90-110 pounds.

It's hard to say, because it depends on their build.   There are a "range" of weights that are healthy for any given height.  In general, I'd have to say about 90 pounds would be a decent weight.

I'm 13 and i weigh 98 pounds. If that helps? I think I'm at a healthy weight.
