What should a 13 year old girl do when she is home alone all day?

My dad has a traveling job and my mom has a very large job as well. (think 6 am to 8 pm)

ive grown up home alone (i had a nanny until 6) and i am an only child.

what should i do? I'm sick of the computer!!!!!!

Wow, home alone at 13, your lucky.

I'm 15 and my parents never leave me home alone. On the rare occasions that they go out, my brother has to look after me !

We just invite some mates round and have a laugh.

I'm still trying to convince him to let me throw a party :-)

Well Im in a similar situation- my parents work and my friends live on the other side of town.

When Im home alone I enjoy it. I rent some movies, la out work on my tan while reading a book or listening to my Ipod.I Dance,practice any hobbies,work out, play outside.Walk somewhere nearby and get home before everyone else does=]

I'm 14 and I know what it's like being bored and home alone. I usually watch a movie (especially ones that are awkward to watch in front of parents). You can also try to move around the furniture in your room or something like that. You can draw if you like to or even become better or whatever. Maybe go to the store and buy a bunch of crafts or something that would take a while to do.

It sucks being alone, but there's plenty of stuff you can do besides getting on the computer.

Do you have any friends you could spend time with..that's always fun.

Start exercising, reading, you could talk on the phone, get into some kind of hobby, take a class on something you enjoy (if your parents permit it and you have transportation), watch tv or movies, clean, or eat :).

Get yourself a recorder and learn how to play it, they are very cheap at Dollar General.

Learning to play the piano would be even better, but a piano costs more.

Learn hatha yoga, it will teach you a lot about your body and you can make big $$$$$$$$$ leading a yoga class (think $10 a head with a class of 20 for one hour).

Grow tomatoes, onion and garlic, learn to grow herbs, learn to dry them, again, it is fun and if you know how to do it, it can be $$$$$$$$$$.

Join the YMCA or YWCA and see if any of the activities there interest you.

Get some music videos and memorize the dances, work at it until u look like a pro.

If your mother has birth control pills substitute sacharin tablets for them and pretty soon you will have a brother or sister !

You aren't done growing up. wHen I stay home, I clean my house, top to bottom. Then I watch some TV, cook all the meals. Sometimes I research stuff, anything of interest.

Another thing  to add to the list, go find friends :D then hang with them. There got to be tons of kids in your neighborhood who'd like to meet you.
