Question:

What should a ballet dancer eat to keep her energy up?

I have to wake up at 5:30 a.m. for school and i have home work and my classes can go to 8:30 p.m some nights its very tiring and I was wondering if there is anything health wise to keep me feeling good?(I'm 11 going on 12)

  1. a ballet dancer ( and anyone who is really active in a sprot or w/e )  shoul deat a very healthy diet. Consisting on this :

    fruit

    veggies

    whole grains

    low fat diary

    lean protein

    healthy fats

    lots of water

    make sure you get good sleep

  2. Fruits are known to be a good, healthy source of energy.  As the human body is comprised of mostly water, we should be eating foods that contain a lot of water. Fruits are just the thing!  Try having a decent proportion of fruit everyday :-)

  4. protein. luna bars are really good because they are loaded with protein and also have other vitamins that keep you energized. fruit is also a really good source of healthy carbs with helps a ton with energy....and my personal favorie is Jamba juice lol

  5. Fruits and veggies are always great, I also love these Special K Bar things, They have little chunks of fruit and are really good and give you lots of energy. Remember to drink lots of water, too! Have fun!

  7. Lots of protein (eggs meat etc.) electrolites can't spell found in gatorade powerade fruit keeps your energy up don't go to energy drinks you could have an opposite effect good breakfast with lots of fruit good luck! hope i helped
