it depends on the guy.  most of us men are confused to all kingdom come when it comes to deciphering a woman and her inentions.  i think you have to flip your hair, make eye contact, smile a lot, and if that doesn't work just come right out and tell him how you feel in a seductive manner.

Well from my experience, playing hard to get drives a guy crazy. It been done to me and it works. Just don't do it too long or it might backfire. It really all depends on the guy. Some are more agressive and will just go up and ask you. While others are shy and probably will not approach you untill they feel completely safe that they won't get the Big NO. Best thing is to ease yourself into his life as a friend and work your way up from there. Find a way to aim him. Mayabe a friend knows him and you can get him/her to set you up online. A little more info would help? friend?
