  1. Breakfast,

Brown rice Miso soup in the morning, with sometimes squash and rarely any meat, carrots shredded and simmered in a pan lightly in tamari. (tamari is a tricky ingredient, do NOT overuse it in a meal).

    Lunch,

Possibly repeat the morning meal only with meat, use chicken (without added hormones are other Frankefood stuff)

heat up in a pan with tamari till lightly brown.

Or other meat, lay off the red meat, makes a tennis player too warm.

    Dinner

    Pasta!

I know Americans find it cheap to eat pasta all the time, but it is essential for tennis players, and we only have a few great american players,(not that i want to start a fight).

Spaghetti, linguini, penne, any type of italian pasta.

    with....

Vegetables as always must be in there, you could put baby Arugola or Ruccola, always great, seasoned with little sea salt, olive oil, (vinegar, though we do not use it, because that is what restaurants put on old salad to cover up the taste.)

Then for the meat we use either canned Tuna(did you wince?) no really good, i mean it!, or Hamburger meat (no Frankenfood) or chicken.

And what we like putting on the Pasta after serving is Nori.

Oh and by the way NO CHEESE or MILK NO NO NO!!! it causes fevers an snot in your nose.

    I will say no more.
