What should a tight end/ defensive end wear for shoe?

like should i get one with more spikey stuff on the bottom or like ok sharp ones idk which on to get. cuz its say intensity and strike force and other c**p idk

a cleat that  is mid since a high is for linemen and low is for TB and QB and DB and since u play TE since u will have to catch pass and block get a cleat that is a mid like the Men's Mayhem Mid it is found on www.eastbay.com

There's only two real cleat patterns.  The traditional s***w in pattens that typically has 8-9 cleats, or an "all-turf" cleat like the Nike landshark.  1st thing you need to make sure s***w-in cleats are legal in your league. If your playing youth ball, you likely not allowed to have s***w in cleats.  Otherwise it's personal preference.

However, s***w in cleats have one advantage, If and oly if you play most of your games on natural turf, with s***w in cleats you can change the length of the cleat to help with different turf conditions. you don't have that with the molded all-turf cleats.

If your playing on field-turf for most of your games, either shoe works equally well. Again personal preference
