What should an agent do when another agent for the same company removes their card the places they were posted

another agent from the same company but at another office removed business cards from a local store and replaced them with theirs what should I do?

Well, you could make papier mache out of them, but even more positive would simply be to actually simply chat with folks and not bother leaving your cards all over.  Honestly, you pretty much just lose them when you do that.

Develop some personal realtionships with people and you will stand a much better chance of building a business for yourself -- one that doesn't necessarily involve having that other agent (who sounds like he/she has the ethics of a barracuda) in it.  Smiles work better to meet folks than business cards left in a pile of hundreds of others.
