What should be an ideal food chart for a 40 year old woman?

my mom wanted to know that what diet should she take now that she is 40 years in age .........v tried 2 surf a lot of sites bt they tell only about the diets that can be followed abroad.........v dont get those things in india..........so please tell us what all she should eat to remain healthy?

  1. Tell your mom to she should try the 4.3.2.1 Detox Booster from Arkopharma. She gets 10 vials of 15ml (1 per day) and this will help her start with cleansing her body first then she should check the Canadian Food Pyramid (Department of Health Canada).  If she has time she should register to a yoga or swimming class.  Take the stairs, instead of the elevator!  1 flight of stairs per week, then gradually add another flight of stairs!! I am 40yrs old too and I have been doing this for the past month and lost 18 pounds so far!!


  2. If you haven't seen the Food pyramid from the U.S. check it out. It recommends the number of servings to eat from each food group and what foods are in them. These amounts work whether you're 20 or 60. If you're a man you can have more. You should have foods in India that fit into the same groups. A serving of fruit or vegetable is about a half cup or about a handful if you don't use cups. I don't know grams off hand. A 3 oz. piece of meat is about the size of the palm of your hand.

    & vegeterian or nonvegeterian..

What kind of ailments does she have now?According to that let her have her food.If she is very normal and if she doesn't have any problem like obesity,BP,diabetic, arthritis,digestion problems.So to find out do a thorough health check-up.Find out what she lacks.Then start giving food according to that.

    Normally she can have whatever she likes ,but she should burn those extra calories. See that she is taking fruits and vegetables more in her diet and also some raw salads to make her fresh all day long.Milk,ragi,eggs are good to prevent arthritis,dals rich in protein to prevent cell damage.Don't eat same kind daily.Have some variety and healthy.
