What should be done about the deterioration of the human gene pool?

I was reading this book, Future Human Evolution: Eugenics in the 21st Century, and it talked about how studies have shown that there is a negative correlation between a woman's IQ and how many child she will have in her lifetime. (The dumber a chick is, the more kids she will have.) This results in each generation having a lowing IQ than the previous, since the less intelligent are reproducing faster than the the more intelligent individuals.

What should be done about this?

Yep, there is definitely something to be said for the lower classes reproducing faster than the ruling classes but this is an old chestnut and of course we need to be careful and keep weapons and alcohol away from them. What about sterilization or ethnic cleansing to stop this sort of thing in its tracks.

personally i have no hope for the human race. we are seeing the decline in a rapid decline. Common sense, well simple there is none, I've  worked fast food I've scene it.  

our school system doesn't inspire, motivate, or let children create.  basically the brain needs be jump started every no and then or it will deterate. With the invention of t.v. story telling is gone, at least on a small social level. with out this a micro-society can not learn its own history, morels, and purpose. we are a society of Cookie cutters.

basically, what we need is a complete Renaissance of the human spirit.   unfortantly this will not happen and humanity will keep deterating till there is nothing left.

I noticed that myself.  Smart girls get an education and a job and a life.  After college some even get married and have a child.

The girls that are dumb and flunk out or their greatest achievement is polishing their nails with out getting caught by teachers.  You know the ones who are cheer leaders and the football players get them pregnant.  Then they spend the rest of their life whineing because his child support is late.

Never thinking they could get off their lazy butt and get a job.

They have 3 or 4 kids by 3 or 4 different guys.

Those ones need to be fixed.

Shouldn't we insert or whatever birth control into them they are to stupid to take a pill.  Have s*x and then come on here and say, "i had unprotected s*x could I be pregnant?"

Ah?? yes, that is how that happens.

Or my all best favorite is my boy friend wanted to have a son.

First of all boy friends don't want kids, they are having free s*x, they do not want you to have a child.

If they did they would say "let's get married and have a family"

They are as dumb as the women, that is what she wants to hear and he just wants s*x, so he says that.

Then she says he left me pregnant and my boyfriend doesn't take any interest in the child.

Go back to other sentence.

Smart chicks that get pregnant do that once, then they realize he isn't around for the long haul which a baby requires.

But this next boy friend will be and again. and again.

Maybe after the first child out of marriage we should have it mandatory they get their tubes tied.
