Um, make sure that you aren't somewhere where the police will ask you if you have a permit to sell stuff, make a nice sign, make sure that you'll be making money (usually making ice cream is more expensive than buying ice cream but if someone seeing that you're just scooping dryer's out and charging them a lot than they probably won't be happy), make sure you have a cooler or something that will keep the ice cream cold.
