  1. You can not and should not reduce your sleep hours.Its your natural body requirement.

    4   fix your alarm clock for every 5 minutes.

    5   start loving someone.

  4. Be happy to sleep so long and it will seem like fewer hours. That is the real objective.

    Go to bed with a stimulating partner and it will make the hours go by with pleasure, and then who really wants to reduce those hours?

  5. why reduce sleep? are you working till late? are you burning midnight oil?

    Here's how. Don't exercise but keep your mind active like working,,thinking,solving. Do not have a good enviroment like gentle air that can keep you yawning.  don't eat alot if you can sleep. It depends on individual.

  13. I've always been told you should get 8 hours a night. A lot of people function very well on 6. How many hours do you want to sleep per night? If you get too little sleep you couldn't do your job as well or maybe fall asleep while driving. Many tests have been done on sleep deprivation and 1 side effect is hallucinations ..so be careful or you might see big purple monsters running around all over!

    If you are sleeping for 9 - 11 hours a days : Then you are over sleeping. You definitely have to reduce your sleep hours.

    If you are sleeping 7- 8 hours a day : It is just Okay, you have  normal sleep hours, but still you can reduce.

    If you are sleeping only for six to six and a half hours a day : You are perfect. You should not think about reducing your sleep hours.

    If you sleep less than 6 hours : Its not good for a normal well being. But you can still be healthy.

    If you sleep less than 5 hours a day : You are suffering from Insomnia. But there are rare cases people say they are fine and active yet.

    Here are steps you can reduce your sleep hours.

    1. Make a habit of waking up by 6 a.m in the morning sharp (No failing in this part)

    2. Do work - out for half an hour everyday. (ake an excercise of your choice- But no failing here also)

    3. Prepare for your work with a smile and motivation. Priorotize and concentrate.

    4. Dont drink too many coffees, dont have too many smokes in between, dont eat too heavily ( Must don't that you shouldn't even think of passing it)

    5. Have a low carb diet for your dinner. A glass of milk with honey and pieces of ginger ( you may wonder why Honey - It activates the digestion process; Why Ginger - It aggrevates the digestion process - only one or two scraping of ginger)

    6. Don't sleep soon after your dinner, Make a To-do- list for the next day. Make one separate for your personal tasks.

    7. Have a heartfelt prayer / talk with your partner/ play with your kid; Help everyone (If you have a partner and kid) go to sleep.

    8. You definitely will feel tired by now, kiss yourself goodnight and have a sound sleep.

    9. Last but not least, follow all the steps from step 1. ( without fail)
