What should be in my E-Newsletter?

I want to start an E-Newsletter to help drive and maintain some traffic on my site. I sell candles and soaps, and I can do home parties. What is recommended to be in my newsletter?

Stories about your home parties(keep your clients names private) but tell the story.  Talk about new product offering and sales/deals you have.  Talk about why your product is better or why someone should buy it.

Put an incentive like 5 or 10 percent off your next purchase on my site if you mention you saw this ad in my e-newsletter.

Make a referral program for your customer and give rewards.

Review or have your customers review your products

Tell your story about what brought you into this business and why you are passionate about it!
