  1. What dream you have!

Depends on your luck, I guess. To be a president/CEO in any company you don't necessarily need to have a degree in a related industry. But having a B.S. Pharmacy will help you to nab a job in the industry, but there is no other way than working your way up, as a fresh graduate you can't apply for a president's position. (Well technically you can.. but I don't think they'll hire you!)

Since a CEO will oversee most of the business, it'll be good if you have, say, an MBA. But it's good to immerse yourself in the industry for a few years first, and then continue on with further studies after that if you decide it's right for you.

  2. I would continue

  3. CEO go to the best school you can to get to be the ceo you could develop a drug, be able to raise money to fund a company yourself through your connections or get an ivy league education and tons of years in the industry.

  4. According to a Business Week article a few months ago, 90% of CEO's came up through accounting. A BS in Rx would help, but get some accounting courses.

CEO's of Rx co's might not  know aspirin from Xanax,(but they surround rthemselves with people who do) but they  do have to know about Capital leases, R&D costs and  depreciation.
