  1. Medically speaking, anywhere between 8 and 9 stone is a 'healthy' weight for your height, assuming you're female, but there are other conditions to account for including tone, fitness and natural metabolism.

    EDIT: ^ 8.5 Stone is ~54KG :)

  2. between 61 kg and 47 kg

    61 kg being a BMI of 24.9

    47 kg being a BMI of 18.5

Anything lower than 18.5 (45 kg for your height) is considered underweight. I would personally consider 50-54 kg to be the healthiest weight for you.

  3. 45kg

  4. Probably around 54kg

  5. Anywhere in between 7st 11lbs and 9st 11lbs.  This is based on BMI, Body Mass Index.  The lowest weight is a BMI of 20 and the highest is a BMI of 25.  Any weight within this range is considered healthy by experts.

  6. Jessica, the bmi is a load of s***

    Ignore it!!!

It is not a good tool as everyone's bodies are different.  Some may have heavier bone mass, muscle mass, etc.

If you are happy and healthy, that is all that matters.  The world places WAY TOO MUCH  emphasis on appearance and the people that are obsessed with it are often the most unhappy people.

Just look after yourself, eat healthy foods, be happy for who you are.
