there really isnt Stratus, but there is Stratos. If it is stratos, click the 1987 link, then find your model, and make the appropiate adjustments.

I'd start at around $8000.  Think about replacement cost for similar boat at today's prices.. Most of these boats are well  maintained and the engines are dependable.  Don't under price it.  In fact you probably know friends that would like your boat, spread the word that you'd entertain offers.
