Question:

What should be the best fruit ?

i have been gaining weight this summer and i found out that eating fruits and veggies are healthy,but I am already doing good veggies so i lost a pound I wanna lose another pound!I need help on fruits cause they are delicouse can you help me out here?

  4. you should eat a bit off all fruit, what you need to do is cut down, because it sounds like you are eating too much.It is best to check with your Doctor to find out if there is another problem

  5. the acai berry is healthiest in my opinion. full of antioxidants! just try to avoid high sugar fruits like bananas and grapes. Even though this is natural sugar and still a fruit, so don't worry so much about it!

  6. Really all fruit is good for you and won't make you gain weight.

    Most fruits only remain in your stomach for about 20 minutes, so you can eat plenty, as long as you chew it properly, that's very important.

    Apples are very good, try googling lesley kenton's apple and water fast, very interesting, and easy.

  7. Pumpkin is the best fruit cause it has so many uses!

    to lose weight  eat: 2 pickles in the morning right after you get up and take a glass of water with you while you head to the can!  Avoid sweets like sugar.   Drink the glass of water while you're going to the can!  After leaving the can have fruit for breakfast..  Papaya or Pineapple would be good.

    Did you know Watermelon and Tomatos are fruit? they are herb fruits cause they taste like veggies not fruit!

  9. berries are really good for you because they are low in natural sugars!! I have a cup of raspberries every day :) YUM!! hehe you can also try having blue berries and a glass of low fat milk so a good snack!! low fat dairy is also good for women who want to lose weight :)
