It could be anywhere from 1 to 5 inches.  Guys rarely have more than 5 inches when not erect.  And there is not necessarily a co-relation between the size of a non-erect and an erect p***s.  For example, some guys with 3 inches grow to 8 inches when erect and some guys with 5 inches only grow to 6 inches when erect.  It depends not only on the length of the p***s but the number and size of the blood vessels inside the p***s which fill up with blood to make you erect.  Often a smaller guy will have really large blood vessels and you may be able to see them under the skin of the p***s when not erect -- or they may be deeper inside the p***s and you cannot see them.

Anyway, the important thing is not so much the size of the equipment but how long you can make it last.  Lots of guys who are generously endowed cannot last very long before having an ejaculation.

For an adult male (fully grown), the average size of a p***s is 6 inches or so (when erect).  Guys normally reach their adult size at about the age of 17 or 18 -- but some guys are late bloomers and only reach full size in their 20s.

im 13 and my p***s is 4-7inches is that normal lol?

Average flaccid size is 3-4 inches.  Mine however is just 1.5 inches.  Grows to 4.8 inches erect.

There is no normal size, all flaccid penises are small and change their size throughout the day.  In locker rooms some guys may seem bigger because they are partially engorged.  Normal for about everyone is probably just an inch or so.   I mentioned that some guys are partially engorged to make the flaccid p***s bigger--this is just an easy trick to do, think about s*x to get it start filling up, and then quit and you have a nice big p***s to show off that isn't erect but certainly no little button.
