every Neon SIgn on in each and every Metros to advertise the products beyond the reach of 85 % of the Indians ( living hand to mouth with no electricity for their GEN X ) or the basic need in respect to electricity for those 85 % Indians in their rural homes ?In my similar question some of you had answered that right to electricity is not a fundamental right . The person who can pay should utilise as much electricity as he /she wants . If this is extended theoretically we will have NEON SIGNS for the products and no electricity for our homes .Should we not ammend constitution and make right to electricity as the fundamental right. What's our constitution experts to say ?
