Public should follow safety manuals by not compromising on safety steps. Safety is above anything else. Govt. should honestly & responsibly identify accurately the problems & issues resulting terrorism & address them fully, quickly & efficiently rather than just learning to live with them & thinking that by passage of time the problem will vanish by itself which is very bad planning. All fascist & militant organisations must be banned & their members must be eliminated quickly. VHP(world's biggest terrorist organisation having more than 10,00,00,000 armed militants), RSS, Hindu Maha Sabha, Bajrang Dal, Patit Pavan Sangathan  & Hindu Munnani etc. are behind all troubles. Every member of them must be quickly eliminated before they strike again. It is clear after their doing Gujarat riots & massacre of Muslims there  in 1992 that they're not going to be affected in India & none of their members will be punished, their confidence level increased & they started doing all these things & put the name of poor Muslims, knowing well that Indian media will fully support them in all respects. This is very bad trend. In European nations, two countries fought for 100 years on small issues like language. Many Indian intelligence agencies give contradictory inputs to the govt. out of dirty competitions. I can give several examples published in media. They must act responsibly with integrity. Only dependence on such agencies is not sufficient. Make atmosphere in the nation such that there is no discrimination & injustice even by minute amount to any section of society. In India no Muslim is recruited to any intelligence agency as reported in press for last 15 years. Nehru, under the influence of his secretary, Triloki Nath Kaul, secretly issued orders at various levels for nat placing Muslims at various levels. His letter to Dr. Ram manohar Lohia dated, December 5, 1947,declassified & published in The Times of India publications in 1991, Syed Shahabuddin's Herculian research reports, statement of former cabinet secretary Zafar Safullah & findings of former bureaucrat Naved Hamid opening many stories of secret anti-Muslim central circulars for  not issuing any licence, permit or allocation of bank loans to Muslims for starting business etc., communalisation of police & military talk volumes. Hegemonistic attitude with neighbours must end & solve all old & new issues with them quickly in fixed timeframes HONESTLY once & for all. It must be decided that in future no interference in internal matters of any of neighbouring countries will ever be done at any cost whether it is like making LTTE, Mukti Bahini or helping  late Najibullah or  Ahmed Shah Masood, sending weopons secretly to South Africa(during Rajiv Gandhi period) & Fiji or interfering in Nepal & Bhutan  or doing any similar things anywhere else.  Former Indian PM, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee visited Lahore & leaders of both sides decided to solve all issues between 2 neighbours including Kashmir within 18 months but hawks in agencies of both sides didn't like the warmth of friendship & hijacked the peace process. Politicians must not bow to such hawks & make careful frameworks such that nothing can hinder & rollback any peace process or reconciliation at any level, inside & with neighbours outside. Why to drag Kashmir issue for 61 years by changing stands again & again to gain time only when it is the fact that it has to be solved peacefully one day in future. Why to postpone for 100 or 1000 more years putting the entire subcontinent public in constant tension particularly due to nuclearisation of the subcontinent when it is very clear that best treatment is peace only & best solution is peaceful solution & none of last 4 wars could solve it. There shouldn't be any bias or jingoism, rather neutrality & cool minds only can give best solutions. Unfurtunately, since 1979, when former USSR invaded Afghanistan, the after effects on neighbours at various levels destroyed the peace of whole big region. All problems must be addressed jointly together & not making small temporary likeminded groups & frame biased volatile policies. As IT has made whole world a small village, made human made boundaries irrelvant & useless,  nations must keep contact, share views, responsibilities & work together efficiently. Unless full confidence & co-operation are  generated at all levels, quick improvement is not likely. Everywhere people have become hightech & operations became highly encrypted in various complicated stages, the detection of real culprits has become archery in air in darkness. Only Babus are not sufficient in planning. Hatred can't solve problems. Humanity, honesty, justice, co-operation, love & brotherhood(which all prominent religions & life codes say) can vanish all problems. Individual religions should be confined to ones's home, not to be displayed unnecessarily on the roads.

In the latest issue of 'The Sunday Indian' , a weekly edited by Prof. Arindam Choudhary, a prominent Communist party leader has alleged that the explosions in India is being done by MOSSAD & CIA. MOSSAD has completely failed everywhere in middle East & Kashmir Valley too. I've talked & photographed MOSSAD men in Kashmir who are in great trouble & want to leave as soon as possible.

We need to a lesson or two in counter terrorism. After the 9/11 incident, there has been not even a single incident of terrorism. After the London bombing also, the British government has learnt its lesson. We need to be tough in enforcing our counter terror measures. The political parties and the leaders should arrive at a national consensus in tackling the menace. Leaders should stop issuing statements like Sushma Swaraj. Such leaders should be gagged. No question of appeasing the minorities. The law should be strengthened and new tough law with provisions for summary proceeding should be legislated. We need to enforce these measures like we are in a emergency. It is war and war like measures are a must.

TERRORISM HAS BECOME QUITE SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED from what we have seen for the past year is that they know use mobiles to trigger bombs

1 bomb at hyderabad last year couldnt be detonated due to connectivity problems

but now they make no errors

they hav started to kill people at market on holidays as the effect is more intense and that too not 2 but as far as 18 to20 bombs in single hour!

4) INFORMERS IN INDIA ARE NOT GIVEN RESPECT OR SECURITY THEY MUST BE TREATED AT PAR WITH POLICE

INCREASE IN SALARY OF CONSTABLES FROM 5000 TO 25000 PM AND OTHER ADITTIONAL BENEFITS SUCH AS FREE EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN TILL 16 YRS OF AGE , A HOUSE FOR WHICH HE HAS TO PAY ONLY ELEC. AND WATER BILLS

5) EMPOWER EACH COP WITH KNOWLEDGE OF BOMB DIFFUSAL

6) EMPLOY MORE LOCALS (UNEMPLOYED) AS BEAT CONSTABLES GIVE THEM GOOD SALARY SO THAT THEY CANT BE BRIBED EASILY AND AS THEM TO KEEP EYES ON EACH LOCALE

The problem of terrorism can never be solved by a government which is based on vote bank politics. No disciplined force can counter terrorism. It can be countered by anti terrorism forces only, which shall be terrorist in it's disposition, temper and function. Only difference is thst it has the state support. Even then they would not match the terrorists in the department of motivation.

Terrorism can be countered by terrorism only.

Terrorists are not dropped from the Heaven. Innocent people should not be entangled into the activities of Terrorists for the sake of political parties' existence. Unemployment problem should not be given rise. Rapid growth rate of population needs to be controlled by enforcing stringent Law/Act and that should be irrespective of Religions for the sake of better lives of all people.
