  1. In the 100: about 15 (or whatever you can get)

In the 200: below 30 seconds

In the 400: less than 70 (65 is pretty good)

In the 800: you can probably get between 2:50 to 2:40

    In the 1600: 6:15 to 6:00

    In the 2 mile: 13:40-13:00

  2. 100- 13 secs

    200- 25 secs

    400- 55 secs

    800- 2.10 mins

    1200- 3.30 mins

    1600- 5.00 mins

    3200- 15 mins

All the times i just said are what the boys in QLD are doing.

  3. 100: 13-14

    200: 26-29

    400: 59-64

    800: 2:25-2:33

    1200: 3:45-4:00

    1600: 5:30-6:00

    3200: 11:55-13:00

    200 - 26

    400 - sub-60

    800 - 2:20 or below

    1200 - i dont really know, sorry

    1600 - 5:10 or below

    3200 - around 11 minutes

if you are not training then

    100 - 14

    200 - 29

    400 - 67-73

    800 - 2:30 - 2:50

    1600 - 6:00 ish

    3200 - 12:30 ish

i dont really know the sprinting times because i am a distance runner and i was just guessing by what the freshmen at my high school are getting time wise... so  i don't know about sprinting  ---- and same with the 2nd part... thats just kinda a guess if you don't ever run... your times could be a little higher or lower though

so... i hoped this helped - and if your times are better than what i gave then great!!!!
