  1. Nutrition, because you really are what you eat. It's like putting gas with water in it in your car, it stutters and stalls a lot when it's not fed right. And once you eat properly you fall into good habits instead of bad, which will serve you for life.

  2. Depends what you are trying to accomplish....for losing weight: Nutrition is 60% percent of it and the rest is exercise.

  3. Exercise.

  4. nutrition.

  5. Nutrition

  6. Nutrition - Nutrition is what ultimately decides whether or not you will lose fat or weight and whether or not you gain muscle.  Exercise only speeds up the process.  Without good nutrition you are bound to fail in achieving your goals.

If you just put processed foods and junk in your body in high amounts you are just feeding it unnecessary chemicals and destroying your body.  You will never lose weight like that.

It's not  a good idea to forget about exercise, though.  Your cardiovascular system would most likely not do well, and any carbohydrates you consumed would be turned into glucose and be stored as fat if they were not used up as energy.

    Best of luck!
