What should every hurricane or tornado video include?

I have a Sony DCR-TRV830 camcorder. I read the instruction manual and I can only have 2 different titles at a time. What software do I need to buy so I can have my opening titles and credits at the end and have more than two titles? I also want to include he song Windy" by the Association. How do I include the music while filming the video? What software should I buy with my camcorder?

You add the music and titles while you're editing on your PC- don't try and edit in the camcorder as it's a complete waste of time and effort!  

If you've got a Windows PC you can do a lot of what you want in Windows Movie Maker (it should already be on your PC), but if that's not enough, have a look at Sony's Vegas Movie Studio.  If you want to do some elaborate credits, have a look at BluffTitler.

If you've got a Mac, iMovie's good!
