I have eggs

baked beans

sweet chilli baked beans

red bell pepper

jalepenos

cheddar cheese

lettuce

cucumber

chilli jam

mushrooms

broccoli

sweetcorn

quorn pieces

tofu

fajita spice seasoning powder

various spices

extra hot nandos sauce

hot nandos marinade

extra light mayo

and of course stuff like pepper

soy sauce etc

what would be the best and healthiest combo?

  1. Toss it. Burgers are better.

    And healthy!


  2. baked beans, red pepper, sweetcorn, tofu, lettuce and spices

    Jalapenos (will speed up your metabolism)

    Lettuce

    Cucumber

    Mushrooms

    Tofu - good source of protein. Cook it in a bit of garlic+1 thin piece of ginger + Spring onion + soy sauce +dash of sugar. Simmer on low heat for about 10-15min.

    You can add 1 cooked egg in here as well.

    Do you have some carrots? If so, shred half - 3/4 of a carrot with a dash of Extra Hot Nandos Sauce....

    And there you have a very healthy and tasty meal.

  4. eggs, jalepenos, cheddar, fajita seasoning and any other veggies you like!
