What should i add for my custard pudding to taste better?

structure was good. but it didn't taste sweet and it didnt have the ''custard'' taste.is it okay for me to add more sugar & custard powder? whats the worst thing could happen if i were to add too much custard powder?? thanks!

I would add some sugar and a few drops of vanilla extract.

Alternatively, you could swirl in some honey, caramel or maple syrup.

The more custard powder u add the firmer it gets..Just try not to add too much..It migh get a bit too tough. And try adding vanilla extract to the custard. Mix it in at the end when uve turned off the fire and before waiing for it to set..

I would add more sugar.or to give it a bit of a kick,some cinnamon,or even banana
