  1. I would go far a salad, with some light dressing, and go easy on the toppings.Stay away from the bread.have some grilled or broiled fish.

  2. pasta's and fried food check out their lite menu most rest. have these now or just ask your server for some suggestions I say get something grilled like chicken or fish

  3. the best thing to eat at places like those are....typical soups and salads..baked chicken, whole potatoe...a pasta salad...even a cold sandwich (oven roasted turkey) with a salad...thers really not that many options...veggis are good also

  4. Avoid meat balls and chiken soup

  5. Avoid meat, eat oranges.

  6. Anything deep fried, Pasta's are full of starch and fat, get something like a Chicken breast grilled or a steak even. Make sure to order a salad and water to drink.

  7. Many restaurants are more diet friendly these days so check their menu for lite choices or even heart healthy choices.  Get a side salad with the dressing on the side or go with oil and vinegar that will fill you up.  Avoid Pastas and fried foods and get vegetables as a side or a baked potato without butter.

Also drink water!  Good luck and most of all enjoy the time with your family!

  8. Avoid creamy soups, fried foods, cheeses

White meat and Fish are recommended!

Try eating salads with oils and vinegar.

    Drink water!
