make sure ur resume is perfect..u shld be answer any questions asked frm the resume..ur communication,..and ur gesture...

Every interview is different, you cant know what they are going to do, the best thing you can do is bring all your documentation and be there early. make sure you know what your applying for they may ask questions however just bullshit most of th rest by showing your self confidence and how you talk. Mate just be confident and answer the questions normally. relax

Have your resume

Have a mini porfolio. There is not a high chance that they will keep or look at your full portfolio, but you can leave them a mini one.  In it have your resume, letters of recommendation, copies of lesson plans.

Dress professionally.  I have been informed by more than one principal that they will not hire you, if you do not dress professionally.  My university told us to wear a black suit.

Ask questions. The school likes to know that you want to know something about the school.

Research the school and community.  It shows them that you really want the job and care enough to learn about them before you come.

Some schools make you do a mock lesson duing the interview, be prepared for it.
