I actually went to my year 11 formal as alice in wonderland.. and wore that exact costume :P it was a lot of fun but I don't think I'd recommend if you're 13.. I was 17 and I still felt a bit too w***e-y.  It is a bit sluttish.  Maybe minnie mouse because it's cute and innocent but you'll still a little s**y?

The Alice in Wonderland and Mad Hatter are a little S****y, I would go with Minnie Mouse.
