What should i bring on the first day of school ? :|?

im going into grade 11 & what should i bring for my first day ? (thursday )

a list would be good.

all i brought my first day was

pencials,pen,notebook,folder&&loose leaf paper.

it's your first day you dont need much pack light:)

The things that are common for most schools in the states and out of the states are:

A folder with some binder paper. More than likely each Teacher will give you a list of what you need for that year.

A #2 Pencil with eraser on top

2 pens- in case one decides not to write

Your backpack in case the hand out books the first day

Oh don't forget to pack a lunch or some bottled water.

for any school, any grade, bring paper and pencil or pen and something for lunch or money to buy food.  that's all you really need the first day.

started my senior year today and all i brought was a notebook and a pen so i could write down everything that each class required instead of going out and buying everything i think i may need beforehand only to realize that i either bought the wrong thing or never bought something i needed

Just take a binder with some paper, or a notebook or whatever. Bring a couple of pencils with erasers, or if you use lead pencils bring extra lead. Have some money on you in case you have to buy like gym clothes or food or whatever. Oh and take a couple of pens, one blue ink and one black ink because sometimes there are those crazy teachers who only allow people to write in pen. Yeah, I think that's about all you'll really need.
