  1. I am going to be very specific as trust me it helps in volleyball to be specific.

Knee pads so you can slide or dive.

    |WATER bottle- To rehydrate you bring either water or gatorade/powerade nothing else or you will get dehydrated.

Knee high socks- This is so when you are doing conditioning you can wipe your shoes on them so you dont slide when doing push up and etc.

Volleyball shoes- These really help they dont need to be made for volleyball but it helps. I wear a pair of adidas that arent made for them. Just make sure your not wearing slip ons or converse and that they are comfortable.

Spandex- Trust me you do NOT want normal shorts they give you wedgies spandex are way more comfortable and easier to move around in.

Hair ties- To keep your hair out of your face

Hair bands- Like if you have bangs. You arent supposed to use barrettes or bobby pins they have to be soft.

T shirt- Make sure its a light weight breathable material and my coach won't let us wear tank tops just a heads up your might not either

Deodorant- Because trust me you WILL get stinky and fast. No one wants to smell body odor when they are trying to play

  2. Knee pads ( optional or required)

pony tail ( most coaches require you to)

    WATER LOTS AND LOTSA WATER

deodarent( if you want to because  u may sweat a lot on the first few day, like me)
