Hello

Ignore the weather is always very beautiful and sunny days and in any season rains do not come so why not have case.

Cancun is paradise and there is so much sun that brings blocker, sandals, shorts, maybe a hat, something to listen to music, a good book, swimsuit, water takes a lot more if you bring children

All are good tips, light clothes and no jeans cause it's really hot, you'll be sweating like a pig even when you're just standing.  Sunblock, don't worry too much about makeup you wont need it.  Sunglasses, flip flops or comfy shoes, at least 2 bathing suits cause they wont dry the next day. When going on tours don't worry about taking towels or extra clothes, just slip on the same shirt and shorts, everyone walks around w/ their clothes wet and normally they offer towels on locations that way you don't have so much to carry.  And don't forget your camera, and when buying a waterproof camera make sure it has flash cause the one that I bought (Kodak) didn't have any and all the pictures that I took in the underground river at "Xaret" were all blurry had to throw them away.

sunscreen, cloths for warm weather, if you plant to party a c..., you can take a look at weather channel, hurricane are more usual september october, but it's good to check ahead, usually if there is a hurricane alert near the area hotels will be more willing to reschedule you vacations. It's not good for them to have you traped there.

Its sunny HOT and humid.

Could have picked a batter time. I tell my friends to come down during the winter. Low humidity , no thunderstorms , no hurricanes.

Bring sunscreen - the sun does not play down here. Bring mosquito repellant - they will carry you off down here :)

Flip flops , $$$$ , and a rain coat b/c it WILL rain on you.

Just evening pop up thinderstorms unless somehing develops out in the gulf. Always buy trip insurance during the " rainy season " b/c of hurricanes.
