both your pics are so different.

first of all i don't think your ugly and i'm not just being nice. i have no reason to.. since it's over the computer. you're naturally pretty, just could use some changes if you want a different look.

if you have glasses maybe switch to contacts. by the way i love your curly hair. just maybe put product in it to make it look soft and styled. otherwise i don't know what to tell you.

First of all you are not ugly. Also, you are young so you have not fully blossomed yet. You will gain confidence as you get older and you would be amazed how different you will look in 5 years. You certainly aren't ugly so don't sweat it.
