i currently cut my neighbors lawn for $20 each time. her back yard has several bushes that are getting pretty big, branches from trees are starting to overhang on her lawn etc...

these bushes are actually starting to interfere with my grass cutting

if she says yes and lets me do the work, what should i charge her?

  1. Ask if you can cut them and ask what she feels a reasonable charge would be for cutting them.

  2. ANOTHER 20 BUCKS

  3. Ask her nicely if she would like her bushes to be cut. Don't throw up charges you aren't a company. You asking her shows great observation and notice to detail. Maybe she will pay you extra. Hard work doesn't go unnoticed.

  4. figure out how much you get per hr for cutting her lawn, double it and figure out how many hrs it will take you for the bushes. remember the lawn is always repeating the bushes will only be trimmed a couple times a year.
