What should i cook for dinner today? ?

i have lost my appetite.i haven't ate since yesterday, had gastric and i puked. i really need to make something to open my appetite. i can say that i'm a decent cook. so please help me suggest what to cook. anything interesting but not too complicated.

these are the ingredients that i have in my kitchen:

pastas

rice

bread

tomato puree

fresh tomatoes

mushrooms

chili

milk

yogurt

cream

flour

baking powder

chili powder, paprika

mustard, mayo, ketchup, chili sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce

chicken pieces

sausages

potatoes

onions, garlics, gingers, tamarinds

eggs

tuna

beans

burgers, chicken nuggets

vinegar, lime

maple syrup

tomyam paste

chicken stocks

  1. Mix the either the hot dogs or the chicken pieces with mushrooms and potatoes then season with any flavoring you want. I suggest using yogurt, tomato puree, fresh tomatoes, any sour stuff, chili and garlic. Maybe some Italian herbs, mixed spices or tom yam paste too too. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 170 C till cooked. Goes well with bread, pasta or rice.

        * 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

        * 8 ounces sliced mushrooms

        * 1 can chicken stock

        * 1 clove of garlic, minced

        * 1/4 teaspoon leaf thyme, crumbled

        * 1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled

        * 1/3 cup creme

        * salt and pepper to taste

        * hot cooked noodles

    Preparation:

    Directions for chicken with mushrooms

    In a large covered skillet, brown chicken in butter or margarine; remove to a plate and keep warm. Add mushrooms to skillet; sauté until golden. Stir in soup, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Return chicken to skillet. Cover and cook over low heat 30 to 40 minutes, stirring now and then. Blend in half-and-half; heat slowly. Taste and adjust chicken and mushrooms seasoning, adding salt and pepper, if needed. Serve chicken and mushrooms with hot cooked noodles.

    Chicken and mushrooms serves 4.

  3. If you are still feeling queasy, doctors recommend a BRAT diet-bananas, rice, apples and (dry) toast.

    If you feel OK, I think some chicken noodle soup with mushrooms and toast or crackers would be light but tasty.
