What should i cook for dinner tonight?

i am clueless on what to cook. HELP ME!

  1. Depends on your taste.

    If eating healthy, might I suggest checking out this website for excellent recipes:

    www.whfoods.com

    If not, how about lasagne, burritoes, hamburgers, you have free rein.

    My personal favourite: grilled asparagus with lemon chicken - just something off the top of my head


  2.   Uuum, 'American' potatoes? Easy to make in a short amount of time and it always tastes good ^^

      Lighter, plain and healthier: when I'm running out of ingredients and time I cook some broccoli, mash it up, put in some pasta with a home made bechamel (yeh buying is easier, not necessarily healthier XD)

      Also easy but really annoying to do is A gratin dauphinois.. mmmh ^^ but I hate peeling potatoes and you might also, haha.

      This is really making me hungry XD How about some macaroni cheese? With peas and corn? lol

    Yield:  Serves 4  



    RECIPE INGREDIENTS

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    1 oz butter

    4 large boneless, skinless, single chicken b*****s

    1 red bell pepper  

    1 green bell pepper  

    1 yellow bell pepper  

    Dressing:

    1/2 cup walnuts

    1/3 cup walnut oil

    1/4 cup olive oil

    1/4 cup lemon juice

    1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

    1 tablespoon honey



      





    DIRECTIONS

    Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan; add the chicken and cook on both sides until well browned and tender (about 10 minutes). Remove from pan, and slice.



    Quarter the bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes. Grill the peppers, skin side up, until the skin blisters and blackens. Peel away skin and slice the peppers thickly.



    DRESSING:



    Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan and stir until the honey has dissolved. Or microwave on high power for about 1 minute.



    Arrange the chicken and peppers on plates; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with the dressing, and serve warm.



    The peppers and dressing can be prepared a day ahead

    cook the pasta mix it with white soft cheese. put half of it in a dish. pour half a marinara sauce bottle on it, as much as you like, then second layer of pasta then again sauce and cover with breadcrumbs.
