well, you don't say how old you are.  If you are just at the start of puberty, you just have to wait it out;  things should grow as you get older.

What do you mean you 'cant pleasure a woman'!?!  I have an older friend who is in the same situation (3" length), married, and they have children.  So, do not demoralize yourself or get depressed because someone told you bad info.
